Nature Conference:Automation for Chemistry was held at USTC

From September 21st to 23rd, the Nature Conference:Automation for Chemistry was successfully held at the University of Science and Technology of China. This conference brought together top scientists and industry leaders in the field of intelligent chemistry from around the world, looking forward to the automated and intelligent future of chemical research.

 

The conference was hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Precision Intelligent Chemistry,MDQ Technology and Nature Review Chemistry, Nature Chemistry, Nature Synthesis, and Nature Machine Intelligence.

 

 

Academicians Zhang Tongyi from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Zhang Jin from Peking University, Professor Jiang Jun from the University of Science and Technology of China, Professor Wang Xiaonan from Tsinghua University, Professor Aron Walsh from Imperial College London, Professor Tejs Vegge from the Technical University of Denmark, Professor Kedar Hippalgaonkar from Nanyang Technological University, Professor Nessa Carson from AstraZeneca, Professor Peter Seeberger from the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Germany, and many other leading domestic and international researchers gathered together to deliver 24 outstanding presentations, highlighting the latest advances in automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence, as well as breakthroughs in self-driving laboratories, automated synthesis, and intelligent exploration of chemical space.

 

The conference included editor dialogue sessions and poster exchange sessions, providing a high-level, high-standard platform for scholars to communicate and collaborate, aiming to promote a profound transformation of research paradigms and accelerate the development of an internationalized scientific research ecosystem.
